Chikujee is focused on developing therapeutic
targeted nanobindis to capitalize on the
enormous opportunity to dramatically improve on
currently marketed drugs or enable the delivery
of novel classes of therapeutics and imaging
contrast agents. Our proprietary pipeline
is focused on improving the efficacy and
expanding the applicability of existing drugs.
We anticipate our first product entering the
clinic in early 2009.
Chikujee's Drugs on Target TM
technology can be used to deliver a broad range
of payloads including emerging therapeutic
modalities such as RNAi, allowing us to address
multiple therapeutic areas and indications.
We will leverage the reach and capabilities of
strategic partners to accelerate the development
of our pipeline. Our initial development
efforts are in the therapeutic areas of cancer
and cardiovascular disease, and the company is
also pursuing indications in shock/trauma and
other difficult to treat diseases.
Chikujee is developing ultrasensitive
detection probes through its Nidan
TM platform utilizing its
multifunctional nanobindi technology. The
Surface engineered nanobindis are designed for
early detection of cell specific disease markers
by MRI. Our proprietary pipeline is focused on
ultrasensitive and early detection of cancer and
cardiovascular disease markers by non invasive
methods.
Chikujee Research is driving the discovery,
research, and development, from Generic-to-BrandTM,
of new products and innovative core technologies
that improve the lives of seriously ill
patients. A key priority is to leverage and
exploit the potential for Chikujees NanoBindi
TM based SENPTM or
TSDVTM
technology, while continuing the
discovery and development of new products.
